Sharp Landscaping is a Landscape construction company based in Sydney’s Sutherland Shire. We work on a wide variety of projects across the Shire and Sydney area.

Your role comes with a strong remuneration package made up of predominantly a base salary of between $110-130k + Super.

Your role will include:
Oversee and manage residential landscaping construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
Schedule and coordinate labour, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and resources.
Provide hands-on on-site support, training, and technical guidance where required.
Provide mentoring and coaching to team members.
Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the project.
Health and Safety responsibilities
Assist with estimating, project planning, and project handovers where required.
Provide regular reporting and operational updates to the Director, including project performance, staffing, and resource requirements
Assist in fine tuning our current systems.
What we need from you:
Extensive experience in all areas of Residential Landscape Construction is a must.
Certificate III in Landscape Construction.
Experience using Simpro or similar JMS would be a bonus.
Organised with an eye for detail
Practical mindset and be able to think on your feet
Strong communication skills
Take pride in your work and go the extra mile to make sure the job is top notch
